Utah Junior Turkey Show Order Form - Due April 20th to Mr. Gowans
If you are planning on raising turkeys this year for the Utah Junior Turkey Show Program the order form is below. Please fill this out and return the completed order form along with your payment to Mr. Gowans by April 20th. If you miss April 20th you won't be able to order turkeys for this years program.
Vernal Livestock Show:
If you have a hog or a lamb going to the Vernal Livestock Show, you need to follow this link https://uintah.fairentry.com/Fair/SignIn/14135 and complete the online entry. You will need to pay for your entry and contact Mr. Gowans for your tag number so we make sure it is the correct number. This has to be completed by April 3.
Online ATV Course and Test:
The ATV Online Course and Test are required in order to be approved to use the ATV associated with the school farm. Students will need to take the 2 - 2 1/2 hour training and take the test associated with the training. Student must pass the training at 85% or above in order to pass the training. Once complete students must print out the test as well as the certificate and present that to Mr. Gowans to be approved to use the ATV. Please click on the below link in order to complete the course.
Students are required to have a signed liability form in order to use equipment at the school farm. We also asking that any student that has an animal at the school farm to please complete a form as well. Please complete and return the form to Mr. Gowans at Westlake. Below is the liability form for Westlake Agriculture Facility.
