Applying for a Westlake Chapter Officer is an exciting opportunity to become more involved in the FFA. The Officer Team helps direct the work of the chapter. They plan all the activities, meetings, and functions that all members are involved in. Chapter Officers are expected to be involved within the chapter and community, along with being an example to all members. Academics and attendance within the schools are evaluated every term to ensure that all officers are maintaining a healthy academic record. It is highly encouraged that all officers and the chairman maintain a 3.0 GPA each quarter. However, we do understand special circumstances that may prevent the target GPA every quarter. We encourage all students who are FFA members to apply. Please print the handbook and make sure you read it and sign the commitment form, and then complete the application and return to Mr. Gowans by May 02, 2025, at 3:00 PM, Please email the application to [email protected]
